Golden Empire 2 puts gold borders around symbols before it turns them into anything. That distinction is the key to reading this JILI slot correctly. A gold frame marks a position; JILI’s official loading screen says the BONUS symbol is what turns all gold-framed symbols into multi-wilds. Seeing a frame by itself is therefore not the same as seeing a Wild.
If you open the game and wonder whether every glowing border is already helping your spin, pause there. Confirm the exact Golden Empire 2 title, then treat the gold frame, BONUS conversion and resulting Wild value as three separate steps. If your live help panel does not match the screenshots or wording here, follow the version on your screen and do not set a stake yet.

Start with the version, not the gold theme
Golden Empire 2 is a separate title from the original Golden Empire. The shared name and Inca-style artwork are not permission to copy rules from one game to the other.
JILI’s product page identifies Golden Empire 2 as product ID 424, a slot published in June 2025. It labels the game with up to 32,400 connections or ways, medium volatility, gold-frame Wild conversion and a free-game feature. Those labels help identify this version, but they do not provide a complete paytable or a formula for every possible board.
Before playing, check these five items:
- Match the title Golden Empire 2 on the card and game screen.
- Open the help or information panel in the version served by the operator.
- Find the current ways or connections explanation, not just the large changing number above the reels.
- Find the BONUS, gold-frame, multi-wild and free-game rules.
- Check the displayed minimum stake against a fixed loss limit. Leave if the minimum makes that limit impractical.
The official screenshots show 1,350, 9,600 and 32,400 ways in different example states, so the number on top is not fixed. The screenshots do not reveal the complete evaluation formula, and a larger number on the display does not predict a win.
Read the gold-frame sequence in three steps

The most useful official image is a loading-rule screen rather than a result screen. It states: “BONUS will turn all gold-framed symbols into multi-wilds!” The illustration shows marked reel positions and an example Wild with a value of four.
When that screen appears, read it in this order:
- Gold frame: a visible marker around a symbol position. Do not count the frame itself as a Wild.
- BONUS: the provider-named conversion event. The public page does not give the full trigger count or all eligibility conditions.
- Multi-wild: the resulting Wild shown with a number in the example. The public material does not explain how the number is selected, whether all values are possible, or what limit applies.
The order matters. Several gold frames do not mean those positions already substitute for other symbols, already multiply a payout or make a BONUS event due. The screen explains how the elements relate to one another, not how often the conversion happens.
What the changing board and ways display can tell you
One same-version feature image shows columns at different heights, gold-framed positions and 1,350 WAYS at the top. A Multiply value and Free Game counter are visible too. Use those labels to find your way around the interface; the large balance, win and multiplier values are simply part of JILI’s example screen.
Treat the number above the reels as the current state of that example. The help panel still needs to answer:
- Which adjacent reels or positions must contain matching symbols?
- From which side does evaluation begin, if a direction applies?
- Does every visible position participate in every state?
- How are Wild substitutions and multi-wild values calculated?
- Does a changing reel height alter the current ways count automatically?
Until the active rules answer those questions, “up to 32,400 ways” is a provider-published maximum label, not a map of the exact winning paths and not an outcome forecast.
Free games add two different ideas—do not merge them

JILI’s text says that a Wild transferred from BONUS during free games can be kept on the board. A separate loading screen says “Free Games Stack Unlimited Multipliers” and illustrates a sequence from combo 1 at x1 to combo 3 at x3, followed by an unknown higher value. Another feature screen states that each elimination adds one to the multiplier and calls the maximum unlimited.
The two ideas appear in the same feature, but they answer different questions:
- One statement concerns a Wild from BONUS remaining on the board.
- The other concerns a multiplier increasing with eliminations during free games.
A retained Wild is not proof that the multiplier rises automatically. The screenshots also do not confirm that every elimination qualifies or that the multiplier carries into paid spins.
JILI uses the word “unlimited” for the multiplier maximum in its feature artwork. Read it only in that context. It does not give you unlimited time, cap your losses or make a high multiplier likely before the feature ends.
Check the missing rules before choosing a stake
The product page is a useful preview, but the live help panel carries the details you need before playing:
| Question | What the official public material confirms | What remains to verify live |
|---|---|---|
| What is the board system? | Up to 32,400 connections/ways; changing example displays | Exact symbol evaluation and direction |
| What do gold frames do? | BONUS converts gold-framed symbols into multi-wilds | Trigger count, eligible positions and value assignment |
| What happens in free games? | A BONUS-transferred Wild can remain; multiplier can rise with eliminations | Entry, retrigger, retention duration and qualifying eliminations |
| What is the risk label? | JILI displays MED | How that label was defined; no session prediction follows |
| What are the stake and RTP? | Not stated in the reviewed public text | Current operator configuration and paytable |
If you may need to compare the rules later, save a screenshot or note from the current help panel. When a value is missing, write not shown. Do not fill the blank with a number from an unaffiliated site.
Compare Golden Empire 2 with the original safely
Do not compare the two games by asking which one “pays better”; the available official evidence cannot answer that. Compare what you can actually check: board system, Wild conversion, free-game persistence, multiplier behaviour, displayed RTP and minimum stake.
PKLive’s JILI slot comparison guide explains how to compare provider labels without treating them as predictions. For the earlier title, use the original Golden Empire guide and keep its rules on that page. If a feature appears in one title but not the other title’s active help panel, do not transfer it across.
Golden Empire 2 FAQ
Is every gold-framed symbol already a Wild?
No. JILI’s same-version loading screen presents gold frames first and says the BONUS symbol turns those framed symbols into multi-wilds. The frame marks the position; the conversion is a separate event.
Does 32,400 ways mean every spin has that many winning chances?
The official page says up to 32,400 connections, and example screenshots show changing ways counts. The public page does not publish a complete evaluation formula or a probability for each state. Read the number as the current interface label, not as a guarantee.
Does an unlimited multiplier mean unlimited winnings?
No. “Unlimited” is JILI’s label for the multiplier maximum in the free-game artwork. It does not remove the feature’s ending conditions or tell you how high a typical feature goes. Check the current help panel for the qualifying elimination and feature flow.
What is the RTP of Golden Empire 2?
The official JILI product text reviewed for this guide does not state an RTP or stake range. Check the exact version’s help panel. If the operator does not show the value, keep it unknown rather than importing a number from another site or another Golden Empire title.

Set a loss limit and a time limit before opening any slot. Never use money needed for food, rent, bills, debt or savings, and do not raise the stake to recover a loss. If the title, help panel, stake control or budget does not match the conditions you set, close the game.
