Each candidate showed the richness of Filipino culture wearing stunning creations representing their respective regions.
Reigning Miss World 2023 Krystyna Pyszkova of the Czech Republic was the evening’s special guest.
“I’m very excited to be here tonight a special night for the Charity Gala which is the heart and soul of the Miss World. To witness the grace and elegance of the competitions really inspires me. To all the girls, I would like to say don’t be nervous enjoy the journey, be radiant,” said the beauty queen.
Miss World PH National Director Arnold Vegafria along with Miss World PH 2022 Gwen Fourniol presented the new crown that the new winner would wear.
Filipino design genius continued as candidates competed in the Top Model Challenge.
In the evening gown model challenge, candidates wore designs by Rian Fernandez, Ehrran Montoya, Louis Pangilinan and Leo Almodal.
Finalists for special awards like Miss Charity, Multimedia National Costume, Top 10 Model Challenge were also announced.
The 33 candidates will meet again on coronation finals Friday at the MOA Arena.
